My view on earth being "destroyed" by fire is that a Holy God can only be where it has been cleansed. Throughout the Bible we see fire being used to cleanse. So with that being said, what's on earth will be destroyed in a cleansing nature so that He can be with us.

I read this passage in Ezra the day my first son was born. I've been praying since his birth for the good hand of God to be on him, to work in his heart to seek God's word, and for him to become skilled in learning scripture, and to do it, and to teach others to obey as well. I hope I'll be faithful to raise him up to be a godly leader! Ezra 7 has been one of my favorites sections ever since then. Thank you for the faithful declaration of God's word.

I agree with a lot of what you said but where I differ or think you are looking at things wrong are 2 points and the first one skews the second. Matthew 7:14 few will find the narrow gate. Hosea 1:10 number of children can't be numbered. I think you're too worried about positivity. If you think about the number of believers throughout the whole of time until Jesus returns it's going to be a huge number if they were to be gathered in one place it will make the Hosea verse make perfect sense. But Matthew verse means there will be much more who won't be saved. Both can be true. Yes there are many more believers today then there were 100 years ago but that's because of the population increase it's a ratio thing there's always going to be less believers compared to unbelievers because Jesus said few will find the way. This is why the world will not get better. I believe all the rest that you said about 70 AD I believe that generation was held accountable. I believe all that are saved are saved the same way Abraham or us today. I believe the only thing we're waiting on is for Jesus to come back nothing needs to be fulfilled and that we're in the millennial time period now and it's not literal...obviously 😊😊
